Saint-Lazare Elders: 50 years and up Français
Bridge club

We, the elders, 50 years and up, like to remind you we meet every morning of the week (Monday to Friday), from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m., at the Saint Lazare Community Centre (1301 Rue du Bois). We have a large selection of games including pool, chess, scrabble, cards, crossword, puzzles, etc. We also have a computer with Internet access. If, among the web users, some of you need advice, we can provide you with information to the best of our ability.

We also formed a excellent bridge club counting approximately 80 players who gather around 18 to 20 tables every Tuesday, from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Why don’t you join this group as friendly as dynamic? You may even receive one of the prizes that are given every week to the bridge winners.

We have 3 outings during the year. In the spring, we have lunch at the SUGAR SHACK, from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m., then we enjoy an afternoon of bridge. To get a rebate on your sugaring off party, you just have to have attended 6 times during the year. In August, CORN ROAST; We play bridge real before enjoying a real corn feast with good wine and delicious dessert. Last but not least, we have our Christmas luncheon including wine galore and all kinds of good desserts, plus entertainment and loads of door prizes. The dates of our festivities are to be determined.

So come on down every Tuesday and enjoy a good game of bridge or simply meet friends. You don’t know bridge but would like to play? No problem, few members will be really pleased to teach you FOR FREE the Basics of this game. After that, the more you play, the better you get!

It costs only $1 per week for playing pool.
Bridge: $2 which includes a good afternoon snack, with coffee, tea,
juice...and of course prizes. We are there to welcome you.
