Help us celebrate our 16th Anniversary by attending our most important fundraiser of the year. 'For the Birds 2010' Benefit Dinner and Auction will be held on Saturday, April 24th at the Château Vaudreuil Suites Pavillion. Tickets are $75 each or $750 per table of 10, $600 per table of 8. Tickets include hors d'oeuvres four course dinner and participation in the silent and live auctions. A cash bar is also available.

Le Nichoir is an organization dedicated to the rehabilitation of wild birds. Since our humble beginnings in 1994, we have grown to be the largest songbird rehabilitation centre in Canada.

Le Nichoir is a licensed centre, part of a community of North American rehabilitators, supported by the International Wildlife Rehabilitation Council (IWRC) and the National Wildlife Rehabilitators Association (NWRA).

Our mission is to conserve wild birds as a part of our natural heritage - donors and volunteers are the people who allow us to pursue this mission.

Le Nichoir is a registered Canadian non-profit organization. The centre relies on proceeds from this event as well as donations from individuals, foundations and companies to fund the day-to-day care of wild birds and to support the centre’s growth.

Because of public demand and the increasing impact of humans on the natural world, our role as a rehabilitation centre has grown to include education. Le Nichoir provides on-site tours and off-site education programs as well as proactive solutions to wildlife management issues.
