On November 17, 2009 meeting, the municipal council adopted
resolution 11-561-09 which concerned the creation of a question period prior to
municipal council meeting. This period will be held from
7:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. before every regular meeting starting December 1st, 2009. It will
be held at proceedings room in the community centre (1301 Rue du Bois).
It will be your opportunity before every meeting to share with council
members your preoccupations, suggestions, etc.
This question period will replace the Coffee Talks.
