Weddings, birth and significant wedding anniversaries
On request Mayor sends congratulatory messages to
Saint-Lazare residents celebrating a wedding, a birth or a significant wedding anniversary.
Congratulatory messages are available for weddings, births or
significant wedding anniversaries such as the 5th, 10th, 15th, 20th,
25th, 30th, 35th, 40th, 45th, 50th wedding anniversary, etc.
You can send your request one of the following ways:

The duly completed form can be:
· Submitted in person at the Communications department at
1960 Chemin Sainte-Angélique
between 8 :30 a.m. and 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. and 4:30 p.m.;
· Sent by mail at
