Year 2010 is the first year of Saint-Lazare’s three-year valuation roll.
The valuation role which will be effective during the fiscal years 2010,
2011 and 2012 has been deposited at Town hall on September 15th, 2009
and everyone can view it during regular business hours. Anyone who has
an interest in disputing the accuracy, presence or absence of the
inscription on the role, relative to a property owned by the requester
or by someone else, may submit a request for review. To be accepted, the
request for review must:
· Be submitted prior to May 1st, 2010;
· Be delivered in person or sent by registered mail at :

· Be completed on the appropriate form.
Copies of the form are available at the above address ;
· Include the amount payable for the property referred
to in the request, an amount determined by the
MRC de Vaudreuil-Soulanges under the by-law 95.
