Red Cross Babysitting Course

Interested in babysitting?
Planning to stay home alone?
Learn to do it safely. You must be 11 years old the day of the course.

Schedule

French : Thursday, March 8th, 2018
From 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

English : Friday, March 9th, 2018
From 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.


Registration 

In person: At the Community Centre on Thursday February 8th, from 6:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. and after, during the recreation department opening’s hours.

Online: Starting on Thursday February 8th, 2018 at 6:30 p.m.


Other dates

The red cross babysitting course will also be offered during ped days of Trois-Lacs and Lester B. Pearson school boards during spring and fall 2018. The information will be publicized around March 2018.

School break daycamp


GENERAL INFORMATION

Spring break activities, from March 5th to 9th, 2018
Location:  Parc nature les Forestiers-de-Saint-Lazare
Schedule: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Cost: $25 per day (all activities included) 
Choose between 1 and 5 days. Places are limited.

You must show your child’s valid resident card and health insurance card (required).


Daycare

As a complement to spring break camp, you can register your child for daycare services.
Two periods per day: from 7:00 to 9:00 a.m. and from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m.
Morning OR evening: $5 
Morning AND evening: $7

Items to bring every day:

  • Comfortable clothing
  • Running shoes
  • Extra change of clothes
  • Complete snow suit and winter gear
  • Cold lunch (no microwave)
  • Bottle of water
  • At least 2 snacks

*** Snacks that may contain peanuts and/or other nuts are not permitted.

*** Children do not need to bring skates.

Monday, March 5 – Mad Science (FULL)

Come take part in all sorts of educational science experiments, each one more surprising than the next! It’s going to be an explosion of fun!


Tuesday, March 6 – Magic… and Mystery! (FULL)

Who says a good magician never reveals his secret? Throughout the day, our visiting magicians will be on the lookout for the best magician in the camp.

 

Wednesday, March 7 –  Music Mania (FULL)

It’s a music-filled day of fun where you’ll get to discover all sorts of new instruments. Let the rhythm be your guide.

 

Thursday, March 8 – Globe-trotting Adventures (FULL)
So, your friends are gone on a vacation down South? No problem! We’ll take you around the world, all in one day! Now who’s jealous?

Meal included as part of this day.


Friday, March 9 – Friday Frenzy!

A Friday like none you’ve experienced before. One thing is certain… you are guaranteed to have tons of fun!
