Big Evacuation

Take part into the great escape

Wednesday, October 10, 2018, 7 p.m. to 8 p.m.

In fall 2018, firefighters will visite the Cité des Champs area. However, everybody is invited to conduct his/her own firedrill.

The Great Escape is an event where all Saint-Lazare residents, together with other municipalities (families in particular) are invited to conduct a fire drill in their homes on the same day and at the same time. Prepare your family!
• Create your evacuation plan
• Make your fire alarms ring
• Find the closest exit
• Gather at your meeting point

Did all of your family members manage to get out in under 3 minutes? Participation prizes will be handed out during the event.

The Great Escape

What is the Great Escape?
The great escaped evacuation drill is a provincial event during which all Quebec residents, especially families, are asked to conduct a fire drill in their homes on the same day and at the same time.

Every year, firefighters will visit a different sector.

You may visit Ministère de la Sécurité publique web site at www.securitepublique.gouv.qc.ca.
