Aiming to improve the quality of life of handicapped people, Ville de
Saint-Lazare has adopted article 61.1 of the Loi assurant l’exercice des
droits des personnes handicapées en vue de leur intégration scolaire,
professionnelle et sociale, a new action plan having for objective to
identify and reduce obstacles to favor their integration within the
community.
