Municipal emergency
To report a municipal emergency or any other problem concerning the Town of Saint-Lazare (broken aqueduct, snow clearing, abrasives, etc.) or to cut-off the tap water on your property, outside of the Town’s regular business hours, nights and weekends or on statutory holidays, dial 3-1-1. In case of life-threatening situations, call 9-1-1.

Ice rinks and rings (age restrictions apply)
To proceed to the preparation and the opening of ice rinks and rings in municipal parks, weather forecasts must predict a minimum of at least four days and four nights of intense cold. The state of ice rinks and rings always depends on weather conditions. We therefore appeal to your good judgment to presume of their conditions. Weather permitting, the priority is given to the preparation of rinks and rings in Parc Bédard, Westwood, Saddlebrook, Frontenac and Grand-Pré. Other sites are opened shortly after.

If the weather did not allow us to prepare ice rings and rinks before the holiday period, Public works will still get the ice ready even if our offices are closed and the weather allows it. For a list of the Saint-Lazare ice rinks and ice rings, visit the Town’s website at ville.saint-lazare.qc.ca/parks.

Age restrictions for 2 Parc Bédard ice rinks
For the last 2 years, and to ensure the players’ safety, one ice rink is reserved for players aged 12 and up, while another one is reserved for those 11 and under. Thank you for obeying by the rules. Info-rings and rinks 450-424-8000, ext. 250.
