Ville de Saint-Lazare invites its citizens to visit the Fire Department information booth at Parc municipal (Avenue Bédard) on Saturday, June 28, 2008 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. during Fêtes de Saint-Lazare’s Celebrations. On that day, citizens can obtain information regarding the smoke alarm installation and verification program. In case of rain, this activity will be held on Saturday, June 29, 2008.

Since 2007, Saint-Lazare’s Service de sécurité incendie is visiting all residential buildings on its territory to verify they are all equipped with a least one smoke detector per inhabited floor and that these work correctly.
