Ville de Saint-Lazare invites all adults to participate in an
interactive lecture on laughter yoga on Thursday, January 22, 2009 at
7:30 p.m. in French ONLY at the Community Centre (1301 Rue du Bois).
When did you last have the giggles? The kind that is really good for
you? Certified instructor Isabelle Boivin shows you how to rediscover
the pleasure of laughing at will and enjoy the many benefits of
laughter. Increase your joy of life and spread that joy all around you.
The more you laugh, the funnier it gets. This will increase your
capacity to laugh in your everyday life.
Laughter is the best medicine:
— laugh about your “favourite” problem and quirks;
— overcome your fear of ridicule;
— reinforce your immune system;
— reduce stress, relax and improve your sleep.
