Rates for organisations
Saint-Lazare's leisure organisations are entitled to one free social evening a year
in the reception hall (Saint-Louis Hall) as long as 75% of their members reside in
Saint-Lazare. This does not include the assembly of the room. The next two rentals
after that are at half price (resident rate). The use of the Saint-Charles Hall for meetings is free.
Other regional leisure and community organisations, of which the city is a member,
are entitled to one evening at half rate (resident rate). The use of the
Saint-Charles Hall for meetings is free. After that, they may benefit from rentals at the resident rate.
Bookings
Bookings for residents can be made maximum one year in advance for weddings
and nine (9) months for non-residents. For all other events, bookings can
be made maximum nine (9) months in advance for residents and six (6) months in advance for non-residents.
Residents always have priority.
Bookings are confirmed upon paying the minimum deposit of $ 100.
