Rates for organisations
Saint-Lazare's leisure organisations are entitled to one free social evening a year
in the reception hall (Saint-Louis Hall) as long as 75% of their members reside in
Saint-Lazare. This does not include the assembly of the room. The next two rentals
after that are at half price (resident rate). The use of the Saint-Charles Hall
for meetings is free.
Other regional leisure and community organisations, of which the city is a member,
are entitled to one evening at half rate (resident rate). The use of the
Saint-Charles Hall for meetings is free. After that, they may benefit from rentals
at the resident rate.
