Please take note special activities held in public building premises outside normal business hours are excluded from our Standard Fire Emergency Response Plan.
In order for Saint-Lazare’s Service de sécurité incendie to plan the appropriate response in case of emergency while a special event is being held on your premises, at night or in the evening (such as dance, a sleepover or another gathering), we would appreciate you provided us with the required information to plan additional resources and measures at least 72 hours in advance.

Please also note that additional safety measures could be required before the event is held in order to ensure the safety of all participants (e.g.: temporary smoke detector if a sleepover is taking place).
