We wish to remind you that in accordance with the regulation concerning waste water disposal systems for isolated dwellings, Q-22, r.22 (art. 13) and municipal by-law no 542, your septic tank must be emptied at least once every two (2) years.
To request an inspection that will determine whether or not the tank needs to be cleaned:
Prior to October 31 of the year
- Print, complete and sign the form available at www.ville.saint-lazare.qc.ca/documents/pub/FosseSeptiqueEN2012.pdf
- Write a cheque to « Ville de Saint-Lazare » in the amount of $60
- Deposit the form and the cheque in person or send everything by mail to the Urban Planning and Environment Services department.
Proof of cleaning
The owner can scan his or her receipt and send by e-mail at urbanisme@ville.saint-lazare.qc.ca or fax it to 450-455-7913.
