Ville de Saint-Lazare appointed Léger Marketing to conduct a satisfaction survey on the various town communications. Questions were aiming towards the tools used to communicate with citizens such as the web site, the municipal bulletin “Liaisons”, the newsletters and other publications.

A sample of four hundred adults, representative of Saint-Lazare, was interviewed by phone. The data was collected between October 6 and October 10, 2010 (inclusively). The poll results are available in their integrity at ville.saint-lazare.qc.ca/survey.
