The Town wishes to remind its residents that the deadline for the first
municipal tax instalment is March 23rd, 2009.
The Town will grant no further delay if you pay other than at the
Town Hall’s reception. To avoid interest charges, your payment must
be received by the Town on the dates indicated on your tax return coupons.
Late payments carry an annual interest rate of 18 % on the unpaid amount.
Only those who have missed a payment will receive a reminder.
However, those who subscribe to our website receive an e-mail
for each upcoming instalment deadline.

To find out
due amounts, new owners or all those who might not have received their
tax account for the current year may contact the taxation department at
450-424-8000, ext. 229 or by e-mail at
ldesmarchais@ville.saint-lazare.qc.ca.
Allow a reasonable delay for fund
transfers. Don’t forget to bring your tax account to your hypothecary
creditor. To reduce its environmental footprint, the Town does not issue receipts.
