Taekwondo St-Lazare

Non-profit organization founded in Saint-Lazare in 1999,  St-Lazare Taekwondo (CEHP-SO), offers taekwondo classes twice a week under the excellent supervision of Grand Master Sami Mazraani, Master André Zaraa, Matthew Elliott and Kaitlyn Ip.

Schedule

• Monday and Thursday
• 2 times per week
• Monday, July 7 to Wednesday, August 13
  
• 5 to 12 years old: 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
• 13 years and older: 7:30 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Cost

• 5 to 12 years old: $115 
• 13 years and older: $125 
• Affiliation fee with Taekwondo Québec for the 2024-2025 season: $19 per participant
