Saint-Lazare 150th Anniversary Ephemeral Exhibition

June 14th to October 5th, 2025  

To mark Ville de Saint-Lazare's 150th anniversary, the public exhibition at Espace des Muses has taken on the look and feel of graphic and photographic montages. From June to October, discover eight (8) milestones in the history of Ville de Saint-Lazare presented on large 8 by 4 inches panels:

  • 1876: First City Council
  • 1876: Creation of the first Saint-Lazare schools
  • 1886: Saint-Lazare railway station inaugurated
  • 1890: First agricultural exhibition
  • 1906: Inauguration of first aqueduct system
  • 1939: Creation of the Saint-Lazare agricultural cooperative (La cannerie)
  • 1942: Saint-Lazare church burns down
  • 1981: Inauguration of first fire station and creation of fire department
