Property assessment
Citizens can access, free of charge, the database to find out information about a property, including its value, the building size, the lot number and roll number. Searches can be made using the address, cadastral number or roll number.
Real-estate professionals such as notaries, real-estate agents and appraisers, financial institutions, etc., can obtain information about a building for a cost. This information includes the data of the valuation information sheet, applicable building taxes.
Valuation roll review request: deadline is April 30th, 2025
Year 2025 is the first year of Saint-Lazare’s three-year valuation roll. The valuation roll which will be effective during the fiscal years 2025, 2026 and 2027.
Anyone who has an interest in disputing the accuracy, presence or absence of the inscription on the roll, relative to a property owned by the requester or by someone else, may submit a request for review.
To be accepted, the request for review must:
- Be submited on on April 30th, 2025, at the latest
- Be delivered in person or sent by registered mail at this address:

- Include the amount payable for the property referred to in the request, an amount determined by the MRC de Vaudreuil-Soulanges under the by-law 262.
